Returns and Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges can only be offered if there is a manufacture defect. Please be sure to measure prior to ordering to get the correct size. Sizing issues are not defects unless the measurements of the item ordered (as posted on our website) do not correspond to what you received.
Returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (this may be opened but not destroyed or missing).
Please include the name it was ordered under and/or the invoice number along with the reason for return or exchange so we can properly process it when it is received.
Fashióntada will reimburse shipping expenses if there is a manufacturer defect. If cost of postage is not clearly displayed on the package please either include a postage receipt in the package or email a copy of the postage receipt (photo or scan). This allows us to ensure we properly reimburse you for postage. Thanks!
