Returns and Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have聽10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges can聽only be offered聽if there is a manufacture defect. Please be sure to measure prior to ordering to get the correct size. Sizing issues are not defects unless the measurements of the item ordered (as posted on our website) do not聽correspond to聽what you received.
Returned or exchanged items聽must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (this may be opened but not destroyed or missing).聽
Please include the name it was ordered under聽and/or the invoice number聽along with聽the reason for return or exchange so we can properly process聽it when it is received.聽
Fashi贸ntada will reimburse聽shipping expenses聽if there is a manufacturer defect. If cost of postage is not clearly displayed on the package please either include a postage receipt in the package or email a copy of the postage receipt (photo or scan). This allows us to ensure we properly reimburse you for postage. Thanks!
